JAZZ

Monday night we had the opportunity to attend a Utah Jazz basketball game. Kyle's cousin Owen called his mom and told her that he had access to about 10 tickets to the game against New Orleans. We ended up getting to go.

This is a good picture to see Kyle's little sister Lydia (left) and her friend Vanessa (right). You also get to see pretty well how close to the floor our seats were.

Christy waited until the perfect second to get this picture for her sister Taylor. Taylor (along with Christy herself) is a huge Duke (college) basketball player, and when Carlos Boozer went to college he was at duke.

During the draft last year the Jazz were hoping to get JJ Redick from Duke. He ended up going to Miami two teams before the Jazz had their first pick. Considering JJ's productivity compared to Ronnie Brewer (the player that the Jazz picked up instead), it seems that the Jazz got the better player. We took this picture mainly because Kyle's sister Natalie has a crush on Brewer.

It was a really fun game to go to. The Jazz got up early and didn't end up behind at all while we were there. It was really fun to be that close to the floor.

One of our favorite parts was watching the team during timeouts. We had a great view of what was going on down there.

Kyle's favorite player on the Jazz, as you might guess, is Kyle Korver. He is a recent addition to the team, and is one that was well worth what it took to get him. Since the trade with Philedelphia in January (for Gordon Giracek) the Jazz have been 15-2.

We sure had a lot of fun that night.

Thanks Owen!

Baths are Fun!

Gabbie has a favorite time each night. That is when she gets to take a bath. She absolutely loves water. Her favorite thing to do is scoot her body down on her bath thing until she is almost laying flat.

Kyle thought she should be modest so he decided to get a washcloth to cover her privates.

Aren't her chubby little legs cute!?!

Here's an example of what Gabbie loves to do in the bath.

Man I Wish I Could Talk

One day last week Gabbie was staying with Grandma Christensen and they were laying down together on the bed. Grandma went outside to take care of something really quickly and then she ended up locked out. Gabbie and Grandma both were pretty traumatized from this experience. When Daddy got home, Gabbie had to tell him all about what happened. (Sorry it's crooked...we'll remember that we need to record videos straight on and not sideways)

Our Cute Little Girl!

Gabriella has been lucky enough to have lots of girl cousins (and aunts) that let us borrow some of their clothes. We are pretty biased but we think we have the cutest little girl.

Here Doodle bug is wearing cousin Chloie and Alivia's camo pants. Aunt Megan made her that really cute headband. We sure do love them.

This is my favorite picture. It pretty much sums our little girl up. She loves to smile and show everyone how happy she is.
Gabbie got this cute outfit from Grandma Christensen. Her prince is Daddy. I can truly say that she is daddy's little girlie.

Gabbie's Favorite Toy

Our little girl is growing so quickly. Her two month birthday was on Monday. She is a big girl. Lately she has developed the habit of using her body parts as toys. Her absolute favorite thing is her thumb. Now she doesn't like her binky. She will spit it out just so she can have her thumb.

Here she is playing on daddy's lap. As soon as she got tired enough she decided her thumb was better than talking and playing.

The best thing about this new habit is the way she twists her hand so that its all the way turned and then she decides to put her thumb in.

How cute our little one is!
