Noah, do you have something you wanted to tell Mommy and Daddy?

On Tuesday we had the opportunity to go and have an ultrasound of our baby done to see whether it was going to be a boy or a girl:

Here's the first picture that was taken during the ultrasound:
A healthy growing baby.

Here's the profile, "See Mommy, I'm healthy, you've got nothing to worry about!"

"...Look, I have a nice foot..."

"... and a nice other foot..."

"...and Gabs, here is my strong arm... you better watch out..."

"... but there's just one thing...
Mommy,...
Daddy,...

I AM A BOY

...so please stop calling me she!"

"I love you guys!"

Well, thanks for sharing Noah!

Gabbie's Favorite Chairs

Gabbie loves to watch Sesame Street every day. Her favorite spot is in her small, pink camping chair. She can't sit in her chair without her stuffed animals. Here she is with her Pinky Bear and Bear. She also usually has her cheetah, Whiskers.

Here she is with all of her favorite friends (four in total).

She also loves to sit in one of the other camping chairs we have. This is how she folds her arms for prayers too. Although, she will only fold them for about 3 seconds. Her favorite thing is to fold her arms right before we are done with prayers so when we open our eyes she has her arms folded.

Gabbie is such a cute girl! I love being her Mom.

Happy Anniversary

Kyle and I celebrated our 2nd anniversary a few weeks ago. Our anniversary is actually today but we had tickets to a show so we celebrated early.

Here we are before we left for Salt Lake. Gabbie's Uncle Nate was able to come up and watch Gabbie so we could enjoy a night out by ourselves.

Kyle was sitting at the computer about a week before our date and he looked so excited. He has always wanted to go see 'Lord of the Dance' and we were lucky enough to find tickets to one of the two shows that were in Salt Lake. We had pretty nice seats and were able to see most of the entire stage.

You can't really tell but these are the posters on the outside of the building advertising the show. The picture above is actually the one that is on the poster.

Because cameras were not allowed, this is the only picture we were able to get of the night inside. Kyle went down to take a picture for me. He was such a good sport.

I am so grateful for such a wonderful husband. He is so patient with me, even though I get super annoying and impatient myself when I am pregnant. I love how he can just look at my face and tell that something is wrong and that he makes me talk about my feelings, something I am not so good at doing. I love that he has finally found something that he loves to do. He has so much passion for teaching that it surprises me sometimes. He is a wonderful father to Gabbie and will be to all our children. I'm grateful that he is a worthy priesthood holder. Not having that growing up, I am so thankful that our children will. Kyle, I love you so much. Happy Anniversary!
